GARLIC HERB ROASTED POTATOES

       

 

     INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs
    baby potatoes, halved or Yukon golds cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ tsp Italian Sea Salt: Mediterranean Herbs with Mill (180 g/6.3 oz)
  • 1 tsp sea salt ½ tsp
  • cracked black pepper
  • fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


Toss potatoes with Rosemary Garlic Olive Oil, Mediterranean Herb Seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.


Spread in a single layer and roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.


Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle with a little extra oil before serving
